If I had a million dollars I'd take 400,000 of it and I'd build a house. It doesn't have to be too fancy of a house, but I need a master suite with a master bathroom. A nice shower big tub and walk in closet that can be closed off. I need at least 2 of the other bedrooms to be on the same level as the master with maybe a jack and Jill bathroom with them. And I need a little guest bathroom that people can use when they come over. I hate that I share our main bathroom with everyone. It bugs me.
This is maybe more than we need but I like this layout:
I'd take 100,000 and travel. So much travel!
And I'd invest the rest and use some to help me be able to stay home with my babies!
